- An adult signature is required for all orders.
Some competitor sites state they do same day
shipping but we know that isn’t true so why lie about it. We would rather give
you a realistic expectation of when your order will arrive rather than having
you waiting for it day after day only to be disappointed.
Because of the large volume of orders we handle per day, it takes us three
business days (Saturday, Sunday, and recognized National Holidays are NOT
business days) to process your order. Meaning your order will not even leave our
warehouse for at least three business days after we receive your payment.
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (US Mail / Post
Office). This means you should receive your order 7-10 days after your order is
processed (see above) depending where you live in relation to Arizona.
International orders and sometimes Canada can experience delivery times between
14-21 days for your order to arrive. We have no control over the Post Office's
shipping schedules or delivery times.
We use delivery confirmation on all our packages so if you haven't received your
order 7-10 working days or for International and Canadian customers 14- 21 days
from the date you placed your order (after adding in the three business days to
process your order), we’re here to help. Go to our

provided there for customer inquiries. It is the best and fastest method of
inquiring about an order.
We do offer our U.S. and Canadian customers the option of U.S. or Global
Priority Mail. At check out you will be asked if you want standard first class
shipping or you will be given the option to pick Priority shipping at an
additional cost.
Priority Mail orders are processed the same way as above but you will receive
your package much faster than our normal shipping time. SORRY WE DO NOT OFFER
EXPRESS SHIPPING AT THIS TIME.
